This gorgeous home features 10’ high ceilings throughout, upgraded lighting & designer ceiling fans in every room, walnut wood and Italian marble flooring throughout. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen and sit at the casual dining area just off the formal living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped, all stainless-steel appliances, including a semi-professional GE Monogram 48” side by side double oven gas range. The prep island with farm sink will allow for having that sous chef alongside.
Gorgeous formal dining sits tucked away from the living area with a butler pantry & extended server buffet. For your sophisticated dinners enjoy Versace plates and silver silverware!
The split plan offers solitude in a grand master suite with 2 walk-in closets, a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, comfort height designer vanity, & spacious bath area.
Two other bedrooms on the other side of the home are nestled by the family room to the rear of the home with the privacy of a pocket door. Within this wing the second bath allows guests to have their own en-suite and functions as a pool bath as well. An office located to the front of the home features French doors, transom windows, and powder room access.
The oversized Florida room is air conditioned, a room where you can enjoy working out (treadmill, Pilates reformer, weights), playing ping-pong, relaxing in the massage chair and so much more. After a good work out, exit the Florida room and enjoy the patio and swimming pool to cool off. Later in the evening, you can also decide to relax with a drink and play pool in the dedicated pool room.
Our house is in a 24-hour guard-gated community. The community has several nature trails, 2 community pools, water slides, splash pool, fitness center, lighted basketball courts and fishing pier. All within a short walk. Easy access to Lakewood Ranch and I75. Venice beach, Bradenton beach, Anna Maria Island, St Petersburg and St Pete beach, Sarasota are all about a 30mn drive.
Grocery stores and restaurants are minutes away: Publix 1 mile, Costco 3.5 miles, Walmart 4.4 miles, Walgreens 1.5 mile, dining on Lakewood Main St is 7 miles away, dining downtown Bradenton is 10 miles away. The nearest fast-food restaurant is 1 mile away, many within 3 miles.
